Early Voting

ateolfGot pissed off at work yesterday 'cuz they're making everyone come in on an off day. Definitely ramping up the job search. Anyway, Mary Beth and I went to see Mood Indigo at the Brooks Thursday night. Timely as I'd read the book not too long ago (the other title's translated variant being Foam of the Daze). I wasn't crazy about the movie. I had pretty similar feelings as towards the book in that it got better as it went along. The beginning of the movie was really bad. And while I wasn't a huge fan of the book, I do think a lot of the cartoonish goofiness worked better in the use of words to make things that can't literally be visuallized. And actually trying to come up with vizualizations falls flat. Okay, also in the past few days we made it through the first season of Broad City and it's funny. Today we got up and went voting. The most important thing was voting no on amendment 1.
