Mary Beth and I grabbed brunch yesterday and then paletas. I put my new modules into my eurorack system and rearranged the whole layout, now I've got modules on all three rows (could've fit on two, but my workflow concept would not have stayed intact). Not a whole lot else. Kept up with the exercise, did my intervals with jumping jacks again this morning. Whew did I get sore! I didn't even think I was that tired, but in the afternoon I lay down in bed next to Mary Beth and ended up passing out for like three hours. Few random tidbits to catch up with about the trip: we had leftover brisket from La Barbecue that sat in the car the rest of the day (7, 8 hours?). It got refrigerated later, anyway we tried it Saturday after coming home. A risk, but it was sooo good and we didn't die or nothin' so all's well. There was the Alamo Draft House and how you can get food and drinks there. Pretty awesome, we kinda got just a little too much. But then you're in tight movie theater seating so it made me feel a little uncomfortable eating when someone was right next to me. Still awesome though. At Peche I got an awesome mocktail made; it had cinnamon and it was delicious. Oh, waiting to eat today was much harder. Hm. I'm hungry again too.
