Mary Beth's parents are in town and they arrived yesterday...let's see, what have we done? we went to Winchester Farmer's Market yesterday (i picked up some Mountain Dew Throwback...wow, it's like really good...i mean, still recognizable but still quite different...surprisingly good...) for dinner we took them to the Catfish Shack...Mary Beth and i had never been and it was some amazing damn catfish...today we took 'em to Payne's (so good!) then the National Civil Rights Museum (we hadn't been there before either...) and for dinner we met my parents' downtown...we were originally gonna go to Rendezvous and it was too crowded so we just went to Huey's and all was good...i got Autechre: Oversteps on cd in the mail today...i enjoyed having the waves earlier and now i'm happy to have the object...

this is a separate note of something i forgot to mention previously...the day before my interview i almost had a heart attack...i got a reminder email about the interview and it said the interview was tuesday march 23rd...now, this is wednesday i'm reading this so my natural first reaction is for my eyes to bug out and to say "oh shit" to myself...but i knew i'd signed up for thursday...well, also in the email was a table with the interview times of a bunch of people listed and my information was correct there...so they just had a typo in the first part...a pretty bad one...
