i'm getting a little raise, 3%...it'll show on this upcoming paycheck...i figure about $20 more a biweekly paycheck...better than nothing i guess...those sporadic years where they skipped our increases...i'll finally be making over $11 an hour...it only took a little longer than 5 yeras...i finished reading The Writer by Zoran Živković today...that's about it...

Do you get cost of living raises ever?

I understand that the economy sucks, but a raise that isn't even as high as the inflation rate is depressing. I get my raise tomorrow, it'll probably be somewhere in the neighborhood of yours. Woo.

we usually tend to get a raise about like that (except for the 2 out of the 5 years when they were withheld)...sure are not catching up with inflation...i would have thought this company was too cheap to give any kind of raise...
