ateolfi tried to take a walk last night but the back of my foot, which had been perfectly fine up til that point, suddenly developed a sharp pain as soon as i started on my walk...after about a block i had to turn back around...the pain seems to be continuing today when i'm walking so i guess i'm immobilized again...
