no eyes...

work was really shitty today...the actual content of the workday was pretty annoying and then more and more i just started feeling like shit...more and more i'm thinking my mold hypothesis is completely unfounded...i think it's work-related eye strain...i guess i'm gonna ask about workman's comp tomorrow...when i got home and closed my eyes i just felt like i never wanted to open them again...what was i saying? i guess nothing...

My eyes have been weird the past few days too...and i cannot think of any good reason besides stress...but now that i thin about it, my head feels a little stuffy and all...maybe it's just the weather...then again, who am i to discourage workman's comp?

i'm not stuffed up at all...and i don't always feel anything (just my vision isn't clear) but when i do (as in right now) it's similar to feeling dizzy...i just got some motion sickness medicine...i don't know if that'll work but it's the closest thing i could find to what i feel...because i'm nauseous but not in my stomach and it doesn't HURT like a headache (besides i'd been taking ibuprofen a bunch to no avail...) and the more i'm at work the worse it gets...unfortunately it doesn't go away on the weekends (or i should say my excellent vision doesn't come back...) i don't know what it is if it's not eye strain, but it sucks whatever it is...

yeah - when i was feeling like something was wrong with my vision yesterday and the day before it was all due to the lighting - once was in a meeting where the room was dark and i had a light hanging right over me. the other time was during the dinner by candlelight...also dark, with flickering light...both situations made me feel very much like what you are describing...weird...maybe we have the contagious vertigo...i had just been attributing it to lighting and sinus pressure.

i have also been sneezing several times a day, but that's nothing unusual. there is a SERIOUS mold and dust problem where i work...

regardless, i hope you feel better.

thanks...i hope your vision doesn't keep screwing up...i don't really care so much about feeling bad now, i'm just worried my eyes'll be stuck like this...

and just to keep harping on it as you mention vertigo, it's weird 'cuz i FEEL dizzy, but it's not like vertigo where i feel like i'm moving or like everything else is moving around me or whatever...i feel stable, i just have that nauseous feeling that goes along with dizziness...sorry i keep going on and on in too much detail, it's just weird to me...i'm even just trying to figure out exactly how i feel...you're my doctor guinea pig...

i hope we both just have something contagious, not to wish disease on you, but something like that's easy to deal with! (at least more so than physically damaged eyes...)
