boss delay thingie...

went to see my grandmother in the hospital yesterday...she's doing alright i guess, just the usual stuff...then later i went over to Dustin's and we made some noise...he got this boss delay thing that's apparently Autechre's big secret or something...the delay speed can be controlled by an audio signal and i guess analyzes the pitch and you know higher pitch faster delay, etc...so run a drum signal through it and have it doubled up into the second input and you've instantly got Autechre drums...it was pretty rad...and aside from that...

yeah, uh, i forget the model number exactly but it's a "sampler/delay" unit something like the Boss RCD or something...i remember an 'r' starting it off and probably a 'd'...okay, i just looked it up and it's the RSD-10...
