after work today i stopped by Spin Street and picked up no less than 9 cds! oh, and they were the same cd...oh and they were all The Family Ghost's album False Start that i was called and told to pick up the remaining copies (one sold) because they were cleaning out stuff...not a surprise i'm pretty sure i'd noticed it hadn't even been on the shelves for many months and kept forgetting to ask them about it...they do have funny stickers where they're charing $9.99 for our $6 cd...ah well...the best was the irony of my happening to be wearing my Onion shirt proclaiming "I am in a promising local band." but there was trivia tonight and we won second place so that was swell...i was proud of our team name: Damn I Wish I Was Your Lobster's Lover...damn...the end...

come see this non-cd-selling band TOMORROW NIGHT AT PRINTER'S ALLEY! you may even be able to buy this EXCLUSIVE no-longer-availalbe-[at Spint Street]-cd for a mere $6...record store chains would charge almost twice that! what savings!!!
