hard rock

spent most of yesterday waiting for a package to show up in the mail...it didn't...after tracking it online today the post office claimed it was an incorrect address and was being sent to seller...i checked the information and it's the right fucking address so i email amazon but that's pretty damn annoying...anyway...later was Paul's birthday party thingie and i got to see their new house...included in a present i had gotten him was this movie called Hard Rock Zombies and we ended up watching that and it was one of the most amazing/ridiculous things i've ever seen on quite a few levels...of course, it has hard rock and zombies in it...but then for some reason Adolf Hitler is in it...and quite the campy, goofy character he is...aside from all this wonderful stuff, they obviously weren't trying too hard and issues such as continuity were passed over with an alarmingly reckless abandon...it was pretty great...oh yeah, and earlier in the evening i was at spin street and i picked up a nice used two cd package: Harmony of the Spheres...

The Family Ghost practiced today...we ran through our set for OUR SHOW THIS WEDNESDAY AT PRINTER'S ALLEY...it was quite surprising how well we played...hopefully we'll keep this up you know, wednesday...

i dunno...i think they've opened up some new area, maybe in the Destiny's Diner part...i haven't been there since they've started having shows but apparently they're trying to become a show place or something and have a pa and i think a sound man? kinda weird but we'll see how it goes...
