snow that melts...and my workplace is really fucking stupid right now...if i'm punished for OTHER people not doing their jobs in three weeks then i'm sure i will plan on looking for a new job...(oh, and they're surprised that taking away perfect attendance pay resulted in a backlash? fuck them...oh yeah, and they don't TRAIN their employees in the first place...but that's okay, blanket punishments that affect the people who are doing their job well are the best business strategy...) well, i think there's an accurate insight into my day...
