not a whole lot going on now...someone posted on the EA forum in the thread about the Silkworm tribute saying

how the fuck about that!? that made me happy, of course...in other words, in like 2 days a book that i spent a whole bunch of money buying (after a whole bunch of time just trying to track it down) is being repressed (well, i guess it's already pressed now, being available for sale i should say)...this would be that complete collection of JG Ballard's short stories...oh well, at least i've already started it and am already a few hundred pages into it...so that makes having it for these couple of months and having just gotten started not-quite two weeks before its rerelease completely and totally worth it...yeah...i tell myself that...though i am thoroughly enjoying it right now so that's something...i wouldn't be enjoying it right now otherwise...i'd just be enjoying it a little later on...yeah...oh, and the thing is i found something about it being reissued on this date on ONE website...but as it is the same date his new book is coming out i figured it was just laziniess or something...it wasn't a news site, just an online store and it just had an upcoming release date at the top...i looked everywhere else...Ballard-related news sites...i had even email the fucking publisher about this fucking book! (of course i never even received any sort of reply) so i can't feel too bad...i looked all over to make sure before i spent a bunch of money for this book i wanted really badly...oh oh well...someone's selling it (the old edition, of course) NOW on amazon for $207...at least i'm not that much of a sucker...
