brief conversations

i think last night was supposed to be something of a hardcore-party-time-celebration of Josh's last night to do something as a "free" man...but it wasn't...the plan for a hardcore-party-time-celebration was to a watch a movie anyhow...i went with Dustin to meet Nathan at starbucks...then this girl who was working there talked to me! how crazy is that!? i was wearing a Yo La Tengo shirt and she talked about Yo La Tengo for a minute...i didn't think to ask her her name or anything crazy like that...and then it's somewhat weird/difficult to sustain a conversation with someone while they're working and you're a customer (unless, they're a hooker...as this sadly was not the case...) anyway then we went to Josh/Molly's house to watch The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou which i hadn't seen even though i'm hugely a fan of Wes Anderson's other movies 'cuz i heard mediocre things about this one...but those things i heard were totally wrong and the movie was extremely good...there were some other people over there i don't know that either know Josh or Molly who are from out of town...a reminder that the big day's actually tomorrow...i've never been to a wedding that wasn't like a family member...it's crazy crazy stuff...i guess i'm out of things to say for now...
