Jacques was already waiting outside my apartment when i got home from work...and as Josh had almost two hours before he'd arrive, we decided we'd go up to the Rally Point to check it out before we showed up there for the first time tomorrow...it was even more pathetic than i had expected (and my expectations were pretty low...) but that's cool...i'm just excited to be playing a show...and its convenient location adjacent to the Sub Shop led me to bring home a sandwich from there for dinner...mmm...then The Family Ghost practiced and it was pretty swell...our lack of practicing lately has us not exactly perfect but i think we're still hottt to trottt! so i'm in good spirits about tomorrow night...uh, what else to say? uh, everybody come damnit...i don't care if you live across the country (or outside it, even!) it'll be worth the trip...i swear...

Not dubious at all, silly.

You should celebrate post-rocking by going to Denny's and having a Cinderella Slam!!!

hey! i just got this a month late almost! didn't notice it before...i'll make a mental note about David and the sticker for the next time i see him...and does this Denny's thing you're mentioning involve dressing David up like Cinderella?

I don't even think they have it at Denny's anymore. It was a themed breakfast meal that was a tie-in to the Hilary Duff blockbuster, A Cinderella Story. The Cinderella Slam. I got a Charming Cheeseburger once and it made me sick, but it was worth it. Sorta.

Yes, you should dress the boy up and haul hiss ass to Denny's. Romantic!
