last night Amanda and Jason came over...uh, we sat around, played some video games...quality stuff...they left kinda early, around 1ish, but i was super tired anyway and went to sleep right afterwards myself...until i was woken up at who knows what fucking hour by a party or some shit coming from our upstairs neighbors...loud music, then people standing around on the back porch (which, of course, is right outside my window) talking...luckily it didn't last too long and i was able to get back to sleep...because i had to make it to the bank today semi-early, which i did...i now have a savings account...i used these two $50 savings bonds i got when i was 13 (which i actually did for a merit badge! personal management)...i was a little disappointed to find out that they had each been purchased at $25 to turn into $50 'cuz i was under the impression that they were purchased at $50 to turn into $100 each...so it was only just barely over $100 and not around $200 as i was expecting before i went into the bank...oh well...i guess it would have been surprising had i saved up a whole $100 at the tender age of 13...i also got it set up to do biweekly transfers from my checking account...and when i get my tax return back i'll probably put a good portion of it into savings (unless i need most of it to get my car's a/c fixed...) so after i was done with that i thought i'd check out Spin Street as i was right around the corner (Spin Street formerly Turtle's formerly Wherehouse formerly Blockbuster Music soon to be: ???) i happened to run into Jack while i was there which was pretty cool...i got the Lost in Translation dvd used...Jack found some $3 Skinny Puppy cds in the clearance bin...he got 'em all and luckily the one that there were two copies of was the one i didn't have: Twelve Inch Anthology...so i got that...then i came home and i took a dump and now i'm online...fascinating...
