ateolf | a BOMBastic weekend!!!

friday i was dropped off at work again...this time the kindly Amanda picked me up from work...well, about 25/30 min before my shift was over everyone had to go outside 'cuz there was a bomb threat in the building...i'm pretty sure it was just some kids doing a little prank (the building didn't blow up or anything)...she pulled into the parking lot while we were all standing outside...craziness, or something...but then we went to her mom's house and i finally got to meet Pig Dog...one of the coolest dogs ever: the Cheshire Cat of dogs...after that we swung back by my work and the whole fiasco had ended so i could go back inside and get my cell phone and pick up my paycheck...

the weened was pretty fun though...the whole time i was temporarily living at Jason/Amanda's apartment...sleeping on their couch...friday night we hung out at Jamie's...that movie that Ben was in that i mentioned earlier, uh, we saw 2 other movies by the same "director"...they had better production values and still managed to be so much worse...and i didn't think anything could be worse than that first one...well, except for Independence Day...

the rest of the weekend was mostly hanging out with Amanda, Jason, and Brad...they were all sick, but luckily i managed to not catch their cold or whatever it was...saturday i did get diarrhea and that sucked ass...it was the bad tummy ache kind...saturday night we spent some time at our apartment and i got to listen to my cds that had been in storage forever some...that was so so so nice...uh, sunday night the 4 of us went out to the West Memphis Wal-Mart...i was going to get some bookshelves but they were out of stock...motherfuckers! i did get some dvds:

(that last dvd is completely spanish...The Best of the Red Grashopper Volume 1...this character may be familiar to you as parodied by Bumblebee Man...) but yea, it was a fun weekend hangin' out the whole time, even though i was underbathed and underclotheschanged...Amanda and Jason finally took me back home last night...

after work today i went to Jason's work to pick up some stuff he ordered for me but he had already left...oh damn...i swung by the apartment briefly...and now i'm back home...i'm going back out and will spend my first night at the new apartment...my bed's still not there but the claims adjustor is coming to look at my car tomorrow morning before work so i need to be there for that...yeah...rock on...

oh yeah i forgot...i got an extra hour + break at work today...i had procrastinated and forgotten to take the drug test so i had to leave and take it...and i was still being paid for the time off...finally!!! procrastination paid off!!! (hopefully my saying that won't jinx me and i'll be fired tomorrow...that would suck...)
