i lied at the end of my last post...i started to wait for my dad to wake up but then, not long at all after i made the post, decided i was too exhausted to be awake anymore and went to bed...though i did hear the noises of someone having woken up and doing stuff downstairs, i was already in bed nearing sleep so i decided "fuck that"...when i woke up today, i did some cleaning in my room and then i brought all the gear back upstairs...i haven't set it up or anything yet...it's just in the corner...i'm hoping to do some rearranging...and optimize the whole practice/living situation...with messiness to a minimum, to appease the folks...not much else to say...been sitting at home all day...though i did forget to post one detail about the show in my last post...i dicked up the beginning of "Uncurable"...well, i had started (the songs starts with Paul doing a crescendo on the string synth, then i come in on the bass for a couple measures before the guitars chime in...) and realized that my sound wasn't quite right so i went to fix it, kind of killing the song so i started over...mostly it was just amusing, of course, my description of it is nothing short of boring...so with that, this post is over...
