i fucking overslept today...woke up 10 'til 6...having to be at work at 6...and living 30 min away...it was busy again tonight...not as insanely busy as last night though...Tony's sick so they got Chris to close for him...i made one delivery to HealthSouth to some nurses that had collectively ordered about $40 woth of food...it was all paid w/ exact change...but it was a not a total loss, for i discovered that the vending machine in said building sells 20 oz bottles of coke for $0.80! what a fuckin' deal! i bought 2...something about Chris: he's a pretty slow driver...while it wasn't as busy as yesterday, i was doing some crazy runs at the busiest part to pick up his slack...but i don't mind...i actually enjoy myself the most in those situations...(for most of you this next part will mean nothing) one run, i went to Chickasaw Gardens then up to Walnut Grove and then downtown to the apartment building attatched to the Amtrak station on S Main St...i got there in a little over 20 min...(i went to 201 Poplar afterwards on the same run, but that's irrelevant to the badass part...) i made $132...more than i made last night ($121)...and i was out of the store about a quarter past 4...a pretty bitchin' night overall...i also found out that i'm not closing next saturday...just door hanging then doing an early rush (no 12-2 either!) so i'll be able to make it to the proposed halloween party...(too bad it's not a Helloween party...) i may even dress up...i'm thinking about going as a Lou Reed...perhaps Rock & Roll Animal era...we shall see...one more thing: about my oversleeping today, i missed an auction on ebay for a Moogerfooger lowpass filter...bollocks...oh well...
