today was very long

stayed at the apartment to save time for studying (= had to pick Jacques up from work...not taking 30 min drive back home gave me 30 min more to study...theoretically...) woke up...class...i'm pretty sure i got a 100 on my calculus exam...*pretty* sure...saw Brian before my spanish class...that man needs to sleep more...i feel bad for his poor soul...spanish class...back to The Apartment...took Paul to work, before which we ate at the Sub Shop...mmm...back to The Apartment...Justin H. came over and we worked on our cover of "I Don't Want to Push It" (Sonic Youth) did not go well...Justin could not keep time w/ the simple bass line...the bass line is slower than the other parts so he kept wanting to rush...oh well...i don't really know what we're going to do about this...drove Jacques to his mothers out in Rockin' Raleigh to get the money she owes him...we went to Wherehouse Music where i got the following cds:

v/a: Deconstructing Beck (yes...noisy, obnoxious remixes of various Beck stuff...it rules...)
we ended back up at Justin's papartment where we ordered pizza (COOL!) and watched one of the worst movies ever made: Tequila Sunrise (it's HORRENDOUS! verymuchso!) back here...nothing too much going on...on a side note Jacques LIED about his Current Music in his last entry...he was actually listening to the Deconstructing Beck comp that i got tonight, but he's too much of a priggish bastard to admit to liking Beck (or even liking stuff that's NOT Beck, but "remixes" or whatever of Beck...) i HATE that motherfucker!!! (just joking...he's a peach...a pretentious lying peach...but a peach nonetheless...) i can't think of nothing else to say...now...as i'm sleepy...

this is a complete a side, and stupid too but, i thought i should poke you and let you know anyway. i caved in and now my journal allows emoticons, the pink square faces specifically, and it's just 'cause they're so darn cute and not to obtrusive on your journal.

of course, it's not as though it affects mine much...most of my, er, typed "mood"s don't exactly have faces to match...at least, not easily categorizable (??) ones. (smirk)

he lied 'cause his name is alive is just that good. if it wasn't actually on, he was at the least listening to it rapturously (again, ?? i need to train myself to actually like dictionaries :/) in his mind. so pfffbbbt. :b put your finger in your eye...

no dude, when i posted that message i was listening to MY copy of Cat Scratch Fever, not yours...but in any case, i guess i misconstrued "current music" for "current music, oh, and who owns this?" although a few times i did dump the cred upon you...but i'm sorry if that wasn't on the forefront of my though every time...
