after class i went by the repair shop...the money i deposited last night hadn't gone through yet so i wasn't able to get all of my stuff, but i got everything except for the Pearl synth...which i'll hopefully be able to pick up tomorrow...if not then, definately monday...while i was in the shop i got to play w/ the ARP...oh my fucking god does it rule! i think the guy suggested i hook it up while i was there partially so he could have one last time playing w/ it too...the one guy's all into old analog synths...if i was a girl i would've popped like 20 girl boners...but since i'm a dude i merely popped 20 standard dude boners...after that i went by Cat's and picked up Beastie Boys: Check Your Head for pretty cheap...(thanks to Kerry's suggestion...to Jacques actually, but that didn't stop me...) then i went by the practice space and played w/ the ARP some more...oooh! all this time and money since it first showed up at my door but it's worth it...the guy said there were 4 capacitors in different places that were bad and had to be replaced...(as well as them fixing the guitar cord...which was my fault, but yea...impressive work or something...) i had meant to give the bass amp a good playin' since i haven't had that opportunity in a while...but i was so caught up in playing w/ the ARP that i forgot about it...but yea...that fucking rules...now i'm back home...i'll prob'ly take a nap before The Simpsons...rock on, my wayward son...
