i got my algorithms homework back and i got a 5 out of 5 on it! woohoo...that makes me feel smart or something...even though it was pretty easy...but a good bit of the class didn't do so well w/ it...of course some ppl got up to 7 points from doing extra stuff or being smart or something...but i dunno...after failing this class last time i took it this makes me feel a little good...
took my car to the place and got the glass fixed...it got fixed...they said it was from some internal part breaking, but my sister said there was a hole in the middle of the window where someone punched it in...i dunno...it doesn't matter, maybe they broke the part or whatever when they punched it...but they were able to fix that too...it didn't cost anything different...nothing else to say now...

i've read relatively very few full Burroughs books...i've only read Junky, Naked Lunch, Queer, and Cities of the Red Night...Queer's easily the least good (it's a straight-forward story like Junky, but not as good...and ironically, one of Burrough's least homoerotic books...) it's been a good while since i've read any of 'em (just since this project started have i thought about how long it's been...but i don't get to read too often, and i usually try to spread it the authors i read around so i don't just get stuck on one author for too long...buying some of his cds also led to Burroughs saturation...) but, yes, i own Dead City Radio, Break Through in Grey Room (collection of tape cut-up oriented stuff...), The Elvis of Letters (Gus Van Sant mixin' up the Burroughs talkin'...), and 'The Preist' They Called Him (yes, the one w/ Kurt Cobain...) i've also heard Call Me Burroughs and Spare Ass Annie quite a few times...oh, i don't think i quite answered which is my favorite...hrm...i'm not sure i can say 'cuz its been so long...Junkie's a really really good straight-forward story...Naked Lunch and Cities of the Red Night are really good as well...i think i might like Cities of the Red Night more...i *think*, but it's hard to say...Naked Lunch is extremely great as well...i'll prob'ly read Nova Express when i finish the Arthur C. Clarke i'm currently slowly reading...(Queer's still pretty good...it has its good moments...but it's nowhere near as good as anything else of his i've read...)
