Practice

Spent most of my holiday working on the live score. I practiced the encore cover of the original theme a lot, and I finally set myself up to play along with the original recording (and in the process realized some changes to the structure of the way we've been doing it and there was this section in the middle that we never bothered to do...I mean, I'm not intending this to be a note-perfect rendition, just a new "interpretation"...but I figured out something that works for that so will incorporate it into it). Also worked on something new for the love scene I'd had something but it really didn't work when we played it along with the movie in practice. I'm going try to get some solo playthroughs in and I'll see if this new thing works better. Also have still not been happy with anything I'm doing on the Minibrute so made some modifications to my sound and hopefully I have something more workable. We'll see!
