Cars Out

I'd been talking (email/phone) a little bit with a car dealer for the past couple weeks (this makes it sound more involved than it is, just a few quick talks spanning many days), and finally was able to go out there in person to see what they actually have. The guy I was talking to was off yesterday but ended up talking to someone else. He showed me what they have but not quite what we're looking for. Well, they have what we're looking for but in the luxury models which we're not interested in and he showed me some other close things as well but it was all just a little out of our price range. I figured while I was out, might as well try other places out. So then I drove out to another dealership. I'd checked their stock online but they seemed less likely to have what we were looking for, but we've found what's shown online doesn't mean a whole lot. So I got there and while they didn't have any on the lot, they had a couple that were exactly what we were looking for being shipped out to them. so I went ahead and put a payment down to reserve one of them. Should be hearing back within one to two weeks. So that's a thing! Then last night I had to check on that work thing again as the follow up to it not working the night before, but this time it worked so that's good!
