Leisure Day

Had a pretty laid back holiday. In the late afternoon into evening, Mary Beth did a lawn bath. It was pretty nice out. I was out there with her and got some extra reading done and some soda drank. I kinda got this stream working from my computer to my phone so I can listen to my big ol' hard drive filled with all my music on it (at least from other rooms in the house on the local network). It's a little wonky. There's an app for this open source software I'm using (Polaris), but it doesn't seem to be working the same as the browser ui and I can't get it to play and shuffle all the songs on the app so I'm using the browser and it's a bit clunky on the phone. Also, it'll probably work more smoothly if I modify my randomizing python scripts to move a shuffled set of songs to a folder on the c drive that way it's not looking at uh...many many many hours (days, years) of songs. So that's a fun nerdy project for me when I can get around to it. But we'll have to see. Well, now it's back to work after this nice long holiday weekend!
