Afternoon, Morning

I went on a walk with Mary Beth yesterday afternoon, though I only walked about half of it before my foot was hurting. I think I may have picked up some lazy walking habits in recent years, like shuffling my feet more than lifting them and maybe not landing firmly on my heel first with each step. I don't know. I'm going to monitor that as well and make sure I walk with good form when I do. Was a bit of a stressful morning as we woke up to Trudy going around puking and shitting. She seems better now (looks like she had an oversized turd that was having trouble coming out and then it finally did), had a slow start going around cleaning up stuff and worrying.
