Car Back

The car got fixed and finished yesterday so I went and picked it up after work. In all my recent bout of lyfting, this was the first driver that was wearing a mask, so that's a plus! Though he did want to talk about sports and I had to be all "I don't watch any sports." Anyway so we got the car and the a/c works again (it'd better, it was damn expensive enough!). Oh, and I at first thought I was missing an Éliane Radigue cd (recently ordered from France and a pain to get!) because it wasn't showing up in the car stereo and I figured they had to take the dash out to do the repair so maybe they removed the cd. And I went in and asked the guy about it and he went back but he couldn't find it and to call in the morning. And I'm getting a bit worried about this, but then I screwed around with the stereo again pushing more and more buttons and finally got it to eject. I think it just got confused after being disconnected from the battery, but at first it wouldn't register or eject or anything at all. Anyway, I'm sorry for that bit of tedium. So after I got the car, Mary Beth and I went and did our Fresh Market grocery run. Anyway, that's about all the excitement from yesterday.
