So I was just talking about that issue in my last post that was befuddling me. Well, I figured it out shortly thereafter. It's not an environment difference, but a state-dependent difference. Something else has to happen that messes the job up and from that point forward, it always messes up where it had worked before (long story short, it's related to two different ways to run it, one being triggered from an api endpoint and that endpoint, that almost never gets called unless I do it manually, is what's broken, so after it gets called it brings out something that's messed up for the way the job runs normally going forward). Have the simple root-cause fix ready, but also it can be reset with a restart. Last night Mary Beth painted my toenails. This time it's a "mood" (thermal) color (so I predict that my cold-ass feet will always be at the darkest color except when I'm in the shower). And we played a game of Splendor. That's about it for now.
