Morse Code Feet

Yesterday I got this cd in the mail: v/a: Computer Music Currents 1. I'd gotten it from a gift card I got for doing a survey for FastTrack alumni (then there was a follow-up survey after that so I got another gift card and another cd coming...). I "recorded" that Tristan Perich album I got (now I need to edit it down into tracks so I can burn it to cd...that's the same way I did with the other album I have of his that's in the same format: battery powered circuit placed into a cd jewel case with a headphone jack). Right at the crepuscular hour, Mary Beth and I went for a very nice walk. Then we got a magnificent surprise! So there's this cat we often see when we go down a certain block we don't always go down. I'd dubbed this cat Günter, though now it appears I'd gotten the sex wrong! It's getting pretty dark by now, but we have our eyes out and I see what I at first think is Günter towards the front of the yard, but then realize it's too small while also seeing an identical too-small cat just a couple feet away. These are perfect miniature replications of Günter: mostly black with some white in the front and little white-sock paws (pretty classic sock-cat look). And we get closer and we see some more replicas and the big Günter nearby. So Günter had a litter. I'll still call her Günter, a lady can have such a name as well. Anyway, seeing the line of tiny sock-feet dots in the encroaching darkness was a fun sight.
