Palette Jammer

It was a pretty low key day yesterday. Mary Beth and I had been talking about some old games at some point and she wanted to see Um Jammer Lammy so I literally dusted off the old PS2 (and lots and lots of dust down there around the old tv and all those components) to play the old PS1 game on. It was fun, been a very long while and I was pretty bad at it but I actually got to the third level (after trying a million times to get past the first). While we were sleeping last night Trudy puked on the bed so that brought on a fun half-asleep adventure. I did do a dumb thing yesterday. I created a dumb picture for some dumb internet fodder. So there's this facebook page that I hate that does these color palettes of movie stills (picture of movie still with blocks of colors that are in the movie still below it). Anyway, it's very pretentious and makes it seem like it's conveying more information than it actually is. So I'd had the idea for a while of doing the same with an image from a dumb movie and so I did for Ace Ventura Pet Detective (part of the charm also is copying their credits format for the post...couldn't find the colorist so just replaced that with some other credit) anyway, let's see if this will link properly:

Okay, of course facebook won't let that happen, oh well. If I ever put it somewhere else maybe I'll think to share it again but I probably won't so just enjoy this broken image.
