Green Chair

I got a new office chair in the mail yesterday. It's a bungee chair. Hopefully it's good. I'd been sitting on this old chair so much more and was starting to feel discomfort. Also, now I don't have to keep lifting and carrying a single chair back and forth between my home and work computer every day (though jeez, that was the closest thing I'd been getting to consistent exercise lately). Also yesterday, David dropped off a dvd in my mailbox: This Is Not a Photograph: the Mission of Burma Story. It's a documentary about Mission of Burma, of course, and in the dvd's bonus features is the concert we saw of theirs when they first did the reunion in 2002 in Irving Plaza, New York (when it was first going to be just two shows and before they then just kept going for a good while). Apparently you can see the backs of our heads (me, David, and Jacques) and also my reflection in the bassdrum. I can't wait to watch it! Also, that's where this user pic comes from that I got from the band's website back in the day with me right up front. It was a good time! Back in 2002. Anyway, aside from that Mary Beth and I watched the first part of I, Claudius last night and that's about it for now.
