Schlepped

Had a MC meeting last night at Otherlands. It felt...a little weird. I dunno, something of a formal, standoffish vibe from the others. But we talked and had ideas so we'll see where it goes. Being super-tired I tried to take a nap before the show later on but I wasn't able to sleep. But I went up to the Hi-Tone later for a nice show. Sci Fi Industries was first and Luís was great as always (maybe even getting better? I feel like the LP5-era Autechre vibes are solidifying even more which is nice). The touring act called Mvtant was next and it was a little meh, kinda generic industrial with lots of arms wrapped around the head and ducking down to the floor. The Pop Ritual was really good. Talked to some people but I was kinda out of it. Thought I'd be worse off today since I was out late after being already tired but I've actually felt much better, not like one hundred percent, but better. Still, gonna take it easy tonight.
