Livin' La Dolce Vita

Yesterday morning I finished reading Jailbird by Kurt Vonnegut. It was alright. The writing's generally good and completely him-like, though at times the book feels like there's something lacking, but it's fine. I worked on music a good bit yesterday. Did a lot of work gathering sound samples of waltzes to manipulate (ended up settling with a couple by Johann Strauss II, not "An der Schönen Blauen Donau" but "Kaiser-Walzer" and "Wiener Blut"). Mary Beth and I watched La Dolce Vita, been a good number of years since I've watched it. I maybe liked it even more this time. Anyway, new day and all that.
