Goblins

Well, I buckled down and finally finished up that proposal for Crosstown last night. I think it actually went better and I got more material than I was initially expecting (or expecting as I first started writing it and only had like three sentences and was stuck). I even came up with a visual component that really grounded everything. So that's something! Didn't get much sleep last night but wasn't as tired as I was expecting. What else? So Goblin was going to be coming here in November and I had a ticket and was excited and everything but someone got an illness and they cancelled their tour so that was sad, but...now "Claudio Simonetti's Goblin" is coming here in two weeks...to Black Lodge no less (oh, and they just this passed weekend reopened as a video rental store so that's cool). And they're doing a live score to Deep Red. So that's pretty sudden and exciting! And oh, the plumber stopped by yesterday afternoon to have a look at the broken sink. Then he came back today while I was at work and replaced it with a new sink. So we have our main bathroom sink back. Woo.
