Mary Beth and I watched some tv last night. We watched an episode of that food show (Fat Salt Acid Heat) and then we watched the first couple episodes of Russian Doll. Pretty good so far, but there's a small "annoyance" (not really, I don't expect tv to be realistic or avoid doing things for aesthetic reasons) when they show code on the screen and all the text is in that uniform green color (I know, I really get it, but when you look at code from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday you can't help but have that subconscious reaction of "yikes!") (also, the "code review" scene was very ridiculous but I'm sure that's also the point). Then we watched the latest episode of Brooklyn 99. The Hulu app on the Wii-U has been shitty for forever, but finally we turn it on to watch the show and it's just like "we don't support this device anymore, we won't even let you use this app on it). So damn. Pretty low blow there, Hulu! So had to hook it up through more convoluted means. Anyway, that was my night!
