Editor

Spent most of the day working on music yesterday. I wrapped up recording the last bits of source material (should be, anyway) for this piece I'm working on. Then I got into editing it! So phase one was recording a bunch of short bits of different sounds on the modular. Phase two is now editing it into a bit of serialism (then phase three will be something entirely new...!). I've got over three minutes pieced together so far (only twenty-seven more to go! but if I say I'm a tenth of the way there, that sounds better somehow) and I'm pretty into the way it's coming together so far. Hopefully I can get through it and get err done (spelling intentional). Other than that Mary Beth and I caught up on rewatching the first season of The Good Place. There ya go. Then there was work today. First day of the new sprint (happy we completed our goals for the last sprint! just barely). Today was a flurry of small tickets. A few bugs that popped up on the thing we released last week. So yeah, anyway it's time for being home!
