Leading or Following?

Big room planning started today. So now here I am with my new team making stories and all that. There was a bit of drama with people getting folks to do old messaging work and back and forth as to whether stories are gonna get assigned or what. Anyway, we'll see how it all goes tomorrow. Mostly we spent time taking stuff off our board. Okay. After work there was a follow up meeting of the white privilege workshop thingie (not a full workshop or anything, just a few hours in the evening). I felt kinda bad 'cuz I had nothing to say or share. Just sitting there as the weird, awkward guy. Uh yeah, I guess that's about it for now.
