Soup

Last night Mary Beth and I went to see Ex Hex at the Hi-Tone. The opening band was playing when we got there and they were pretty damn boring. Bland garage rock (which was even bland FOR garage rock). Ex Hex were as expected, not really my thing, but I do like hearing Mary Timony's voice. It has that going for it. I kept thinking they sounded like The Real Kids and then they actually covered "All Kindsa Girls" which is pretty random. After them was King Tuff. I thought they sounded a lot like Ex Hex. Was late and I was tired and Mary Beth didn't care for the singing so we left. This morning was soup sunday so we went downtown and ate a ton of soup and it was good and stuff. We got through relatively quickly and we ate everything!
