The last day of full-on testing was today (tomorrow's the make-up day). I was an administrator again. This time it was Chemistry. This was the first test where the consensus was that it's hard. Well, here's some more hoping they did well on the Algebra 2. Overall it wasn't too eventful. During the test, I used the time to write my cover letter for this internship I'm gonna apply to. Hopefully that'll go well. Mary Beth is helping me edit the crummy writing into something palatable. Picked up doughnuts on the way to work and had a treat for my seventh period (the one class we went to after the tests) for the good job they did while they were testing (behavior and working hard and all that, don't know the scores yet of course). They also wanted to watch a movie and since we weren't doing anything else we went for it. Guess what they wanted to watch? Any guesses? That's right, Insidious 2 AGAIN (at least along with the second time, they didn't make it the whole way through). This one girl who I've mentioned on here before, the testing teacher last week pegged her as anxious or nervous (to a t), anyway, she said she doesn't like horror movies 'cuz they're stupid. It was kinda cute 'cuz as it was starting she was sitting near me and made the comment," That's creepy. It's a pedophilia subtext." Later she started to say that it wasn't as bad as she thought it would be and it more subtle or something like that, though she laughed in places where the ghost was stupid-looking (she apologized for laughing, I mean, the whole class laughed, I laughed too). Anyway, it was quite the nerdy-kid-cute moment.
