Their Things

Friday night Mary Beth and I went to Acre for our neighbor Lee's birthday thingie. They did the whole private party ordering and sharing a whole suckling pig thing. It was really fucking good. The pork was, of course, excellent, but then the side dishes completely blew me away as well. Saturday evening I got to see Josh and Molly's new place and that was swell. Shawna ended up bringing some really bad movie whose name I won't bother to remember that was something about rock and roll or rock or something and I got to sleep through a bit of it (more 'cuz I was tired than from its badness). Sunday The Family Ghost practiced. Ryan couldn't make it, but we worked some stuff out. The new song I sing on got more fully fleshed out. It's called "Fall Behind." I'll probably eventually post some lyrics or something. Yesterday the first piece of equipment ordered for the EMC came. Just in time for the meeting, and attendance was up dramatically. First time this semester (you know, with more than one or two or zero people). Anywa, the first piece of equipment was just a usb cable. Then everything else showed up today! That was really exciting. Picking it up made up for the drudgery of dropping off Think Show projects this afternoon. Anyway, hadn't been getting enough sleep. Hopefully my nap has improved things. Oh, and yesterday I got something of my own: another 10 space rack case. Can't wait to fill 'em up with the stuff I've gotten.
