interview

my adolescent interview went alright yesterday...the interviewee wasn't the most forthcoming with answers, but reminded me of myself at that age...and i'm sure i would have mostly answered in a similar fashion, if even that...i did alright in making up some questions as i went along to get a little more out...overall, it went pretty well...i'm a terrible interviewer with my bumbling and all...anyway, later in the evening Mary Beth and i met my parents and Jason for my mom's birthday at Eat Well...which, it was pretty good at the time, but both Mary Beth and i got sick this morning...still not wholly recovered, not bad, but...ugh...not sure what it was there, never had a problem before...but yeah...on the way home we swung by this new thrift store i'd never been to, City Thrift? something like that? anyway, it's on summer right before the interstate where kmart used to be...i really like the layout of it...i picked up Toejam & Earl for the Genesis (no, i don't actually have a Genesis but it was $2 and i can't say i haven't thought about getting that NES/Genesis combo machine that's out now...or digging up an old Genesis or whatever...) a package arrived by ups today: Salò or the 120 Days of Sodom and Häxan dvds...the results of using my Criterion gift certificate thingie...
