wednesday evening Mary Beth and i went to see Shonen Knife...i listened to them some back in the day, don't own anything anymore but it was something to do...i did enjoy when they played their song influenced by "Judas Priest and Ronnie James Dio"...the past three night Mary Beth and i made use of the downtown dining deal where a bunch of restaurants downtown have three-course meals for about twenty bucks...nice except i kept ruining dinner, sorry...on friday i finished reading Invisible Cities by Italo Calvino...it was good, very Borgesian (almost to the point of parody, and i LIKE Borges a lot, but i dunno...maybe just 'cuz it wasn't AS good as Borges...still good though, as i said...) i work early tomorrow...ay...
