we were working on wedding stuff yesterday...first driving about to check out a bakery...the one Mary Beth really wanted to try, we drove way out to it only to find two people standing around an empty store with a "for lease" sign on the door...then we went to check out this other bakery way on the other side of town...for a few days or so or maybe longer my car'd been vibrating weirdly...a little...the steering wheel felt like it was vibrating some...but only slightly...well, on the way to the next bakery it started doing it real badly...so after the bakery i took it in to Madison Automotive...they did a quick check and one of my front tires had um...i guess the tube inside the tire'd shifted and was all poking out and ballooned up without having blown out or leaked yet...i guess you call that a knot, huh, but like a HUGE knot, almost a quarter of the tire's circumference or so...so they slapped on a used tire and it didn't take long or cost much and we were back to the rest of our day which was deisgning and making the wedding invitations...we did everything we could until the stores that sold the other stuff we need closed...but we made a lot of progress and what we have so far looks great...all we need now is to pick up a few things today and i guess do more grunt work on 'em...oh yeah, and i got some mail yesterday: Inherent Vice by Thomas Pynchon (i'm so current...) and Raymond Scott: Soothing Sounds for Baby Volume 1: 1 to 6 Months...
