HEY, ANOTHER THE FAMILY GHOST SHOW!

well, it looks like we'll be playing a show this friday at The Full Moon Club...we're opening for New Science System's cd release show, it looks like we'll be playing at 9 o'clock sharp...(and yeah, i think i mean it! as it's their cd release show they wanna get things started and punctual-like...so don't delay! that is, if you're actually gonna go...) last night Mary Beth and i hung out at Paul and Shawna's and there was a bunch of people there and that was a rollickin' good time...today i finished reading Amerika: the Missing Person by Franz Kafka...i think it's the first time i've reread a book for a new translation/revised text/etc...it's been so long since i read it before anyway and i guess if there's any writer i should revisit it would have to be my favorite...even the lesser work of my favorite writer...i may have liked it a little more this time, a hair, but overall it was almost the same impression, as much as i can remember...as my memory's bad and i barely remembered that book anyway (of course rereading jogs my memory...) i'm sure there's some subtleties between the translations and maybe that's why i liked it that hair better maybe?/maybe it's just due to time...who knows...anyway, enough rambling...
