doing stuff...

i'll start off with the BAD NEWS: huey's got rid of their portobello mushroom sandwhich! dire...working on independence day was pretty sweet...it was SO slow and i read a ton...but it was my first day working without Mary Beth and that was weird...i kept forgetting there's no way i could see notes from her stuck up atop the cubicle walls anymore and kept glancing over...after work we went over to Sherri and Brad's for the latter part of a cookout...there were some fireworks and later neighbor yellings...fun stuff...yesterday was long...for some reason i keep waking up early...i did on friday too...oh, our fucking mail is fucking up...i keep getting packages returned as undeliverable and then come to think about it have we really been getting mail lately? i don't think so (but we often don't get mail so it's hard to notice...) but after my first package was returned to sender without a delivery attempt i got some more packages...i had it returned and it was sent back again along with another one...and we got some weird letters in the mail the other day with a sticker on 'em saying something about no forwarding information on file...our neighbors are moving maybe(?) they're getting mail...maybe there was a fuck-up with that...i don't know...we went to the post office yesterday and they didn't know what's going on...our carrier has apparently been on vacation and maybe a substitute fucked our shit up...i don't know...hopefully we'll start getting mail again...but we have no idea what's been sent back and to whom...well, after that fun stuff we drove out to Munford to hang out with Ryan for his birthday for a little bit...we watched Top Gun and got a hard on...after that a nap...then we went to Matt and Liz's for their we-got-married recently party thing...we played some games...i think that's it for now...
