projection

so work was somewhat an adventure...somewhat...we did the demonstration and we demonstrated a couple practice calls and i just played the part of the voice user so i did about nothing...and it was for a bunch of deaf people and i guess some people that work with them and it sort of started to devolve into a comlain-fest about relay...but that's okay...i was off the phones for a bit 'cuz not only did we do that thing but we had a practice run first...woo...and today i finished reading Collected Stories by William Faulkner (so now i've started on the Pynchon! i'm excited, i never get to read books that soon after release...i feel so contemporary or something...) and i got my order from thinkgeek.com: a new wallet (as this one i've had for at least 13 years is really falling apart), it's like a dot matrix printout of a bunch of numbers on that fancy material so it looks like regular paper but uh, it's not...and a Pong shirt: a shirt with a "screenshot" of Pong (the score's 2 to 3)...and that's about all for now...
