dumb

one of the many reasons i'm a big idiot: last night Brad and i were over at Jason/Amanda's...they asked us to bring some stuff over to our apartment for the peer group christmas party that's going on later this evening...some presents and their rice cooker and a bag of rice, for the curry Amanda will be cooking tonight...anyway, i was putting the rice cooker into my car and i apparently shut the door with the power cord hanging out...and after a few yars it apparently was taken ahold of my tire and not only ripped in half, but ripped out of the cooker itself...so i ended up getting them a new rice cooker this morning...blah...i'm stupid...but to make me feel better, some packages arrived in the mail today:

and Gang of Four and New Order t-shirts...(the Go4 being the font from the back of Entertainment!, where the name forms a right angle...and the NO is the cover of Movement...) and the cds are both the Ryko versions...so now, adding to the Berlin trilogy which i have, my Bowie collection is complete...ooh...but i'm all excited about the christmas extravaganza tonight...woo!!!
