now it's dark...

another night closing...a pretty good night as far as tips go too...i had a few streches of crappy tips, but overall it was good...i ended up w/ more than i usually do so, yea...and it wasn't too busy...it was fucking dead at first...then after the rush driver was sent away it picked up...but not super-busy...enough that the two of us could handle it w/ no problems...and there was one semi-cool thing that happened...i got to be rude to someone! not a customer...i was delivering to this souvenir shop on Beale Street...to the person that works there...and this drunk moron buying something at the counter said "did ya bring me something?" and i just said "yea" in a very condescending, sardonic tone...it was fun...then he started w/ this drunken, semi-mocking "oooh yea" while half-laughing...i left...uh that's all...for a few days i've been finished w/ my christmas shopping...w/ the exception of my parents...and i've been completely at a loss as to what i could get them...but a little while ago, just after i had gotten home from work, it struck me! a brilliant scheme, methiniks...also, Paul just emailed me the lyrics to the song he sings ("Now It's Dark") and i believe i'm aboutta put 'em up on the website...they're pretty rad...you should read 'em and stuff...
