Mary Beth and I went out to Crosstown to see a screening of Él, the Buñuel movie. Hadn't seen it before and I liked it. Saw Karl. Not much else!

it's funny, i noticed in the write up from the program for that marie de france adapted piece last night it mentions part of the story's about a noblewoman/posh lady who is kept locked away in a tower or somesuch castle thing by her jealous controlling husband, her sorrow/woe.
