Remote Control

At night Mary Beth finished reading Cassandra at the Wedding by Dorothy Baker to me. It was really good. Not a whole lot else. I forgot to mention that on Saturday we got a new remote control in the mail for the tv. The one that came with it has been missing since not very long after we got the tv. We've just been used to physically getting up and using the buttons on the side for the rare moments of needing to power on or change the volume or switch input. In a somewhat recent development, those buttons on the side of the tv randomly started not working all the time. Sometimes they work then sometimes they just won't work at all for a while (until they randomly do again) and when this happens you can't even turn the tv off except by unplugging it. Probably some weird physical thing with those buttons and hoping the remote will alleviate these problems!
