Last Things First

Mary Beth and I went to see this Indie Memphis screening of a movie called Last Things. It was about rocks and geology and stuff. It had lots of striking visuals and readings from texts. The music was a bunch of awesome electronic sounds. It mostly fit into this abstract, poetic kind of vibe but went back and forth with this one scientist narrator with a science educational reel kind of thing. I liked it a lot. We ran into Mary Beth's friend Cara and talked a little while afterwards. I think that's about it for now.
