Sit Don't Walk

I attempted to go on a walk with Mary Beth yesterday afternoon but it didn't take very long for my foot to start hurting badly so I went back home. It doesn't hurt at all otherwise, except sometimes when I'm walking. Doesn't matter what shoes I'm wearing. I guess my foot's just fucked up somehow. I guess I'll have to figure something out about that at some point.

Oh yeah, and I put up the Viviankrist + Ihcilon album on bandcamp (hosting it on the Memphis Concrète page since it will be Ihcilon's last release!) yesterday, well, I announced it yesterday, technically I got a jump on it the night before. Well, anyway here's that link (though it's mostly just Paul reading this anyway!).
